Q. How can I get a copy of my contract with NPPN?

Q. How can I obtain a directory of NPPN providers? Can I get a printed copy?
A.
You can use our online provider directory through which you will have access to
     thousands of providers. With the online directory, you can sort and print by zip code,
     specialty and distance from your location. If you are having difficulty locating your provider,
     please call Customer Service for assistance: 800.557.1656.  

Q. My information in your online directory is incorrect. How may I submit the corrected
     information?

To update the online directory information, go to the Provider Update page.

Q. How can I obtain a list of clients who use NPPN?
A.
To request a list of clients, please call NPPN Customer Service at 800.557.1656. 

Q. What is NPPN's Fee Schedule Methodology?
A. Our Contract Fee Schedule Methodology is based on the lesser of a percentage of
     Medicare or a percentage off billed charges. This methodology is explicitly stated in
     your network contract.

    For example: Network Provider agrees to accept from customers as payment-in-full
     for Covered Services rendered to Participants, the lesser of 110% of Medicare or
     60% of Network Provider's billed charges.
